Our staff will accommodate your preferred time zone. Full-time employees work for 9 hours with a 1-hour lunch break, while part-time staff work for 4 hours per day.

What is your minimum hours of work per week?

Our staff commits to a minimum of 20 hours per week and can extend up to 40 hours per week as needed. Additionally, they are available for overtime, which is billed at the standard hourly rate.

What home office set-up does your staff have?

Each one of our team has a quiet working environment, usually a dedicated room within their residence. Additionally, they maintain a reliable DSL Internet connection and possess an up-to-date computer system.

How does the invoicing work

Your initial invoice covers the remaining workdays of the current month and must be settled before your staff's start date. Subsequently, on the 1st of each month, you'll receive an invoice for the upcoming month with adjustments for actual hours worked in the previous month. Automatic credit card charges will occur on the 5th of each month. Timely payment is crucial to ensure all contractors are compensated promptly.

What currency am I billed in?

Companies situated in Australia and New Zealand will be billed in Australian Dollars (AUD), whereas those located in the United States, Canada, and other regions will be billed in US Dollars (USD).

What payment types do you accept?

We gladly accept both Visa and Mastercard for payment, and there are absolutely no surcharges for credit card transactions.

How do I manage my offshore staff?

We provide a dedicated accounts manager who will maintain regular communication with you, discussing your daily tasks and delegating them to our staff. We emphasize open lines of communication, treating our staff as if they were in the same office, and encourage regular check-ins. Additionally, we establish routine team huddles to align on your business goals and keep our staff motivated.

How do I track the productivity?

We will utilize key performance indicators, commonly known as KPIs, to maintain ongoing records of employee activity. These indicators serve as an effective tool for setting clear objectives that guide everyone in your business towards common goals.
